3) Additional sleeping accommodation can be provided by prior arrangement and consists of a 3/4 sofa bed in the private sitting room on the ground floor. The cost for this depends on the circumstances and is negotiated on an individual basis.
1) The stair case to the upstairs room is steep and will not suit those with impaired mobility - a comprehensive access statement is available on request
